My role is to guide you into deep relaxation, supporting nervous system regulation and inner reset while gently calming the mind, body, and spirit through sacred sound, mindfulness and intentional practice.
These sessions are perfect for couples, friends, workplace groups, spiritual circles, and anyone drawn to holistic and spiritual spaces.
Private group sessions are designed to create a safe, nurturing space where your group can connect deeply, relax fully, and share a meaningful experience together away from the energy of larger public gatherings.
In Studio Private Sessions
Choice of studio depending on availability
As this is a hired venue where weekly public sessions are held, a minimum of two weeks notice is required to secure your private booking. This allows the space to be held and reserved exclusively for your group and ensures no other sessions are scheduled during that time.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your booking.
Wellbeing Spot, Rockingham
This space is available on Sunday and Tuesday evenings.
Mandurah/Furnissdale area (private location)
Private group sessions are available on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday's - subject to availability. Please note that this is a private location. The full address will be provided once a booking has been confirmed and may not be as flexible but I will do my very best to assist a date and time for you.
