At Sacred Haven, these private 1:1 sessions are designed to support deep relaxation, energetic clearing, nervous system nourishment and gentle inner reconnection. Through sound, healing, meditation intuitive and angelic energy work, we create space for the body, mind and energy to realign and restore.

Sessions are also lovingly available for prenatal and postpartum mums - offerings a deeply supportive space to connect with yourself through vibrational frequencies and voice activation to prepare you for delivery. It is also a beautiful moment to connect and bond with your little one during this sacred season of transformation. 

Each session is unique and guided by what you need in the moment, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your natural state of balance.

For many, this journey also involves gently healing what has kept us disconnected - trauma held in the body, low self-worth, anxiety, toxic environment, loss, or patterns that feel hard to shift.

Before you arrive into my space, I have already connected with your energy. As a frequency healer and intuitive clairvoyant, I naturally receive messages, visions, feelings, and insights that may support your healing journey. These messages are guided with love and intention and are shared only in ways that feel safe, supportive, and aligned for you.

 

My role is not to “fix” you, but to hold space for your remembrance - helping you reconnect with the wisdom, softness, power, and healing that already exists within you. Every session is intuitively guided and created with deep care so you feel safe, nurtured, seen, and supported throughout the entire experience.

Booking Deposit:
A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit holds your chosen time exclusively for you. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of you session.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
More than 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With more than 24 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the booking deposit.
