Weekly Sound Healing Sessions

Bookings & Payments - 

All sessions require a full payment at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and unpaid bookings may be released after 24 hours.

Cancellations & Rescheduling - 

Life happens - I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your session.
 

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be transferred to another session as credit.

• Credits must be used within one month of the original booking date.

• Credits are not refundable and cannot be extended beyond this timeframe.
  
  Cancellations on the day of your session are not eligible for refunds or credits.

No-Shows - 

If you do not attend your session and no prior notice is given, this is considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Transfer of Booking - 

If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to gift or transfer your session to someone else - just please notify me in advance via email.

 

Private Sessions - 1:1 Sessions (Available May)

Bookings & Payment -
All private sessions require full payment at the time of booking to confirm you attendance. Your booking secures dedicated time and energetic time and energetic preperation for your session.

Rescheduling - 
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your appt. Sessions rescheduled within this timeframe may be moved to another available date.

Late Cancellations - 
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for refunds or credits due to the time reserved and preperation involved.

No-Shows - 
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the schedule of other clients.

Transfer of Bookings - 
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your session to another person with prior notice via email.
